Biotron's business model is to develop products to a stage suitable for partnering, license or sale to multinational pharmaceutical companies. Revenue from partnering alliances will be invested in new early-stage technologies, in turn developing and commercializing these technologies.
To accelerate the development of the lead candidates from the Virion and C-Test programs, Biotron is seeking collaborations and licensing agreements with commercial partners. The Company also wishes to establish strategic alliances with academic institutions, pharmaceutical companies and other biotechnology companies interested in Tier-2 Projects.
